Stephen Shea

Steve Shea occupies dual roles within Chilton & Chadwick: heading the Global Property Services (GPS) Division, as well as leading Chilton’s Team expansion efforts.

Steve’s background is in banking and finance, having previously been a commercial banker, portfolio manager and financial products underwriter. In these roles, Steve incorporated a thorough, analytical approach, and this same approach is carried over to his current duties within Chilton & Chadwick.

Be it analyzing and selecting international property developments to be marketed by the team to our regional customer bases or interviewing prospective agent candidates, Steve is thorough in his review and well attuned to what we are seeking.

A resident of Greenwich, Steve is married, a parent of four (two sets of twins) and is a member of the Northeast Greenwich Association.
