Jason DeLorenzo is a third generation Connecticut native who has worked in various aspects of Real Estate, Architecture, and Design, for the last 15 years.

Born and raised in Wildemere Beach in Milford, Jason attended Trumbull High School and moved to Boulder, Colorado to study Sustainable Architecture at The University of Colorado. During his tenure inColorado, Jason started and ran the Property Management division of the largest real estate brokerage in the state. After expanding the business to 5 offices,Jason stepped away from the company, to work for The Zillow Group.

Jason traveled the United States representing a national book of business for Zillow, advising and consulting on real estate strategy.In late 2019, Jason returned to the East Coast to study Real Estate Development at Georgetown University, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2022. Jason currently resides in the Sandy Point Neighborhood of West Haven with his partner and their Golden Retriever named Pistachio.

Jason’s background in Architecture and Design, as well as his tenure working with real estate investors globally, allows him to help buyers and sellers who are looking to add value to their real estate deals, assets and portfolios.
