Wall Street Luxury Takes Equity Stake in Chilton & Chadwick Brand
The deal aims to increase the size, reach and effectiveness of both firms with offices now in Greenwich, CT and Palm Beach, FL.
Greenwich, CT – Wall Street Luxury and Chilton & Chadwick – Global Real Estate Concierge are proud to announce a new equity partnership aimed at expanding on the continued success of both firms while delivering luxury marketing solutions and sales on behalf of even more clients.
“Mark and I launched our firms at almost exactly the same time and we have successfully worked on several projects and sales over the years,” said Chadwick Ciocci, the founder and CEO of Chilton & Chadwick. “When he approached me about a partnership and equity stake, I knew this was an opportunity to grow that we had to take.”
Chilton & Chadwick started as a real estate sales team in 2016 in Greenwich, CT that also offers services in art advising and acquisition, jewelry acquisition as well as private jet and yacht chartering and sales.
“Our real estate and art businesses have always been very successful,” explained Ciocci, “but our yacht, jet and other services we have primarily referred out, usually to Wall Street Luxury. Our new relationship allows us to take those services and turn them in to independent producing businesses with the help of Mark and his team.”
All Chilton & Chadwick businesses will continue to be managed and led by Ciocci, with Wall Street Luxury’s CEO acting as advisor, chairman and partner.
“This is truly one of our most exciting acquisitions,” said Mark Adrian. “When Wall Street Luxury first launched, Chilton & Chadwick was actually our first paying client and our relationship has continued to grow from there.”
The firm will now be re-organized as Chilton & Chadwick – Global Lifestyle Concierge, with its real estate, art, jet and yacht businesses rebranded and re-launched as new entities with other luxury marketing niches to come.
Over the coming months Chilton & Chadwick will launch and re-launch several new online platforms focusing first on yachts and jets and then art and other luxury niches.
“This new equity partnership is going to bring both of our brands and teams to new levels of success,” Adrian said. “Our current clients and future ones will soon see what I’ve always known, that Chilton & Chadwick can quickly become one of the leading luxury marketing companies in the world.”
